The animation promo was produced by Cosgrove Hall/Dagda Films. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A visual concept for a TV company built up around the chassis of a former Israeli Army Centurion Tank.
PzKpfw Panzer Vl Tiger 2 'King Tiger'. One of a series of ten 'Panzer' drawings depicting a variety of World war 2 German Army armoured vehicles in a humerous way. The Tiger 2 was the heaviest and most heavily armed and armoured tank of the Second World War. 492 Tiger 2 tanks were produced between the early summer of 1944 and the end of the war in Europe a year later. The vehicle illustrated here has the early 'Porsche' turret which was replaced by an improved design (manufactured by Krupp) after completion of the first fifty-three vehicles (including three prototype hulls). A more specialist Profile Illustration Armoured Vehicles page will be available shortly. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PzKpfw Panzer IV F2 'Mark 4 Special'. Another drawing from the panzer series. The Mark IV became the workhorse of the German Panzer divisions during the Second World War, almost 9000 of the vehicles being produced with regular improvements to the turret and main armament. Many thousands of additional Mark 4 chassis were manufactured as the basis for self-propelled artillery, tank hunters, armoured recovery vehicles and Anti-Aircraft gun platforms. The upgunned variant of the Panzer IV illustrated here has a 75mm L/43 'Long-barrelled' main armament and made its debut in the deserts of North Africa as part of Rommel's famous 'Africa Korps'. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kamov Ka-100 'Hi-Jink'. Kamov have always produced impressive looking helicopters with a distinctive 'Kamov' look. This is a hypothetical design for a light but heavily armed and armoured Kamov ground support helicopter. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original pencil drawing for the spoof Tiger 1 illustration pictured below. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tiger 1 (Sd.Kfz. 181 Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. E) 1,350 Tiger 1 tanks were built between early 1942 and late 1944 when production was superseded by the even heavier Tiger 2 'King Tiger'. The Tiger 1 example illustrated here was captured relatively intact in 1942 in Tunisia, North Africa, by British armed forces and shipped to Britain for evaluation. This vehicle, the only Tiger 1 in the world today with a working Maybach engine (removed from a Tiger 2), can be seen at the Bovington Tank Museum, Dorset, England. Alvis/Vickers LMBT - The Light Main Battle Tank Concept Packs A Punch (a humerous take on how new lightweight composite armour, micro powerplants, super efficient fuel consumption, two-person crew and a little bit of imagination, can drastically reduce the size of a Main Battle Tank!
